As prime contractor TAC Technologies was tasked with assisting HUD’s Office of Operating Subsidies with the development and nationwide implementation of a streamlined reporting process to be used by the Public Housing Authorities operating under the authority of HUD.
In addition to development and distribution of supporting manuals, training sessions, including train-the-trainer sessions, were to be delivered to employees on a regional basis. Most training was to be delivered in commercial facilities such as hotels and convention centers.
TAC Technologies was required to prepare a series of handbooks, to conduct project-based budgeting and accounting training to introduce the procedures outlined in the handbooks, to prepare web-based multi-media training tools to be used as reference guides and to provide training venues and logistical support for the delivery of training nationwide. This was to be done on an aggressive schedule.
